Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Top Market Place Hub ("TMPH", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using TMPH, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

You provide directly

• Full name, email address, and (optionally) phone number at signup;
• Your password (we store only a one-way cryptographic hash — we never see or store your actual password);
• Order details you enter — e.g. the profile/post link and quantity for a Boosting order, or your country selection for a Numbers order;
• Messages you send us via Support tickets.

Collected automatically

• Wallet and transaction history (deposits, orders, refunds, referral rewards) — needed to operate your account and for basic fraud prevention;
• Login sessions (via cookies) to keep you signed in;
• Standard technical logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps) generated by our hosting provider.

From payment providers

When you fund your wallet via PaymentPoint, you get your own dedicated bank account number to transfer to directly from your bank app — we never see or store your card number or bank login details. We only receive confirmation that a transfer succeeded, its amount, and a transaction reference.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and wallet;
• To process and fulfil your orders — including sharing the minimum necessary order details (e.g. a target link, quantity, or country) with our fulfilment providers (currently SMMRaja for Boosting, Tiger-SMS for Numbers) so they can deliver the service. We do not share your name, email, or password with them;
• To send transactional emails and in-app notifications — order confirmations, deposit confirmations, password resets, referral reward alerts;
• To respond to Support requests;
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the platform, including the referral program;
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Who we share information with

• Payment processor (PaymentPoint) — to process wallet deposits;
• Fulfilment providers (SMMRaja, Tiger-SMS) — only the order details needed to deliver the specific service you ordered;
• Hosting/infrastructure providers — to run the website and store data securely;
• Legal authorities — only where required by applicable law.

4. Data retention

We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after that to meet accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account as described in Section 6.

5. Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing, not plain text. Access to the admin panel is restricted to authorized staff. We use HTTPS to encrypt data in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

6. Your choices and rights

• You can update your profile details from your account at any time;
• You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request deletion of your account, by contacting us through Support or [support email]. Note that we may need to retain certain transaction records for legal/accounting reasons even after account deletion;
• You can turn off marketing-type notifications while keeping essential transactional ones (order and security emails).

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie strictly to keep you logged in, and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's privacy

TMPH is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18 years old. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we will close it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.
